'Meanwhile... an interim exhibition' is the first curatorial outing of the group 'Meanwhile', of which i am one of the founding members. We came together to curate this exhibition featuring work from internationally based artists. Responding to an open call we sent out, we received work from artists as near as Canterbury and as far as from Japan. Our aim for the exhibition was to give a snapshot of contemporary art practice, with an emphasis on a representation of your work currently.
From the outset we could not have predicted the confident beginning we got off too and have since started plans on further projects that will hopefully follow the success of this exhibition.
